How do I begin
the lease audit process?

It is very easy to begin pursing the possibility of recovering your potential landlord overcharges with RTG. Getting started will take very little of your time, and there is absolutely no financial risk nor required committment whatsoever.

The first thing we need to do is analyze all documentation associated with your lease(s). We need copies of the following:

The actual lease agreement(s), including all abatements, addenda, amendments, extensions, exhibits and riders
Any and all estoppel certificates, either from your original leases(s), or from any subsequent or pending changes in ownership
Any correspondence between you and your landlord, especially those in reference to increases, statements, invoices, or reconciliations

Once we receive the documents, we will respond with a recommended strategy outlining our next steps in detail. There is no fee for this service, and no obligation on the client's part.

Please see our link called 'What is the Lease Audit Process?' for typical next steps.
