We are seasoned business executives with a broad range of experiences, and a specialized expertise in lease auditing. Our team includes individuals with significant Real Estate experience as well as some who have management experience at "Fortune 500" companies in accounting, finance, facility management, strategic planning, and general management. We have also had experience working "on the landlord’s side" managing portfolios of commercial properties and billing tenants for leases. We know what it is like to be on either side of the table.
Singular Focus
We at RTG spend all of our energy and resources performing one service exclusively, and we perform it extremely well. Unlike other service providers, we do not offer a large menu of accounting-based services. Similarly, we do not offer real estate brokerage or other such services. And we never represent landlords’ interests.
We Only Represent Tenants
There is never a conflict of interest when using RTG since we do not represent landlords. Our work is entirely dedicated to minimizing the facility costs of tenants.

No one in the lease audit business maintains higher standards than RTG. Every strategy, every document, and every communication that we formulate on your behalf is scoured to assure we protect your interests and your confidentiality, at all times. We protect your company's and your landlord's proprietary information as if it were our own.
Flexible Pricing
While the majority of our clients prefer the risk-reward benefits of contingent fee pricing, we have also designed hybrid compensation structures in the past as our clients' needs dictate.
